Management Team
Kent Rhodes - Founding Principal, President
Mr. Rhodes is the President and founder of WKR & Company. He is responsible for setting the strategy of the firm, defining and executing the business plan, and marketing. He has extensive experience in managing and leading initiatives for start up and small businesses in the technology and food services industry. He has the ability to evaluate a firm’s business position and marshal additional resources to take it to the next level of performance.
Prior to starting WKR & Company, Mr. Rhodes was the CEO of Revionics, a start up company in the online retail price optimization marketplace. He took the company from a beta product to providing pricing services to over 100 retail grocery stores across the United States. He was the CEO of Foodconnex Worldwide and transformed it from a regional multimedia company into the leading developer of e-business tools for the food industry.
His international experience includes assisting IGA International to launch its digital training programs for employees in Australia, Singapore, Japan and China.
Mr. Rhodes is a graduate of California State University, Sacramento, in political science. He also served as an adjunct professor at American River College.

Charles R. Miles - Vice President, Consulting
Mr. Miles possesses a broad range of experience in database analysis, integration and design. With over 10 years of consulting experience, his key focus areas include designing and managing large-scale information systems, analyzing data models and troubleshooting information systems.
His methodical process-oriented approach allows him to evaluate systems and processes and develop improvement programs that meet or exceed the needs of his clients.
Mr. Miles holds a MS in Mechanical Engineering from the Oregon State University.
Jeffrey Najar - Vice President, MARCOM
Jeffrey Najar brings over 10 years of senior-level sales, marketing and public relations management experience to WKR & Company. Mr. Najar’s career path combines experience as a senior consultant for multimedia firms with serving as Partner and Director of Sales and Marketing for interactive media firms. He has developed strong brand and marketing skills while providing interactive marketing and training efforts for Del Monte, Clorox and Cisco Systems.
Mr. Najar’s strengths extend to media relations, marketing, merger communications, sales programs and other select public relations initiatives. He holds a BBS in Marketing from the University of Texas.
